Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fibrous structure which overcomes problems of fibrous structures produced from a cloth material, a knitted material, a braided material, and the like, to be cut and knitted and is suitable for a fiber base of a thick material and a complicated modified cross section fiber-reinforced base, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Fibrous structure body yarns 7 are stretched zigzag in uniform tension in at least mutually crossing two directions in a plane or a curved surface having a prescribed expansion and laminated to a prescribed thickness. A plurality of webs 1a and 1b obtained by tightening and combining the vicinity of the return loop parts of the body yarns 7 in the peripheral part of the plane or the curved surface area with stitch yarns 9 and 13 are layered. A part of the areas of the layered webs 1a and 1b is tightened and combined with the first common stitch yarn 13 in the layer direction. The lower side parts of the plurality of the webs in the residual area are opened at a prescribed angle at predetermined parts of folding and then the upper side parts are tightened and combined with the second stitch yarn 9.
