Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery protection circuit effective for protecting a battery, easily manufacturable, with reduced manufacturing cost and a required space. SOLUTION: This protection circuit 76 is provided with an FET switch 78. A control circuit 74 determines on/off conditions of the FET switch. The FET switch and the control circuit are composed of a single integrated circuit device.
