PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fitting structure for fixing on a carburetor body a cable for controlling the carburetor. SOLUTION: A fitting plate 2 on which a through hole 2a and a cutout 2b for opening the through hole 2a on the side are formed is fixed on a controlled equipment. An adjusting male screw part 4a formed on an end of a cable outer 4 into which a control cable 3 is inserted is inserted into the through hole 2a of the fitting plate 2. Both faces of the fitting plate 2 are fastened and fixed by an adjusting nut 5a. On the adjusting male screw part 4a, a small diameter portion 4b having outer diameter in which the cutout 2b of the fitting plate 2 and the adjusting nut 5a can pass through and length of or larger than the sum of thickness of the fitting plate 2 and that of one adjusting nut 5a is formed.
