Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a success rate of yarn ending, since it is possible to make the final end part of a doubled yarn wound on a package as a state of interlacing single yarns each other and therefore to such and hold a plurality of yarns constituting the doubled yarn surely with a drawing out device. SOLUTION: This spinning device has a spinning unit equipped with a guiding hollow shaft body 28 formed with a yarn passage 32, and a spinning member P arranged with a plurality of yarn-producing units U for producing the yarns by utilizing a revolving air flow acting on the tip end part 29 of the guiding hollow shaft body, an interlacing means T for interlacing a plurality of single yarns Ya, Yb produced by the yarn-producing unit each other according to an yarn ending request by the spinning unit, a yarn ending device e2, and the drawing out device e3 for drawing out the yarn ends of a plurality of interlaced and cut yarns and introducing them into the yarn ending device.
