Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open drum internal bag which has a high impact strength, a superior elasticity and pinhole resistance, and an excellent operability (binding property). SOLUTION: The open drum internal bag for liquid transportation is formed with a film made of a resin compound containing ethylene-α-olefin copolymers (A), (B), which are described below, at a weight ratio: (A):(B)=30:70 to 70:30. The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (A) has a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 10 g/10 min, and a density of 0.900 g/cm3or more to less than 0.905 g /cm3. The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B) has a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 10 g/10 min, and a density of 0.870 g/cm3or more to less than 0.900 g/cm3.
