PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate work of carrying in a precut plate material, separation and carrying out of a product and carrying out of waste that depended on manpower in separation work of the product joined by micro joints to the precut plate material cut by a punching machine and a laser cutting machine. SOLUTION: The precut plate material accumulated on a material accumulating rack of a material feeder is carried to a vibration exciter by a lifter with a sucker, a table and a pallet provided on the table and driven in a material accumulating rack direction, the precut plate material is held in a bridged state by a clamp, vibration is applied by the vibration exciter, micro joint parts are fractured by fatigue, and the precut plate material is separated into the product and waste. The product is dropped onto a cover of the table and it is pushed toward a product storing bucket by a scraper provided on the pallet sliding on the cover. The waste separated from the product is carried out to a waste accumulating rack by inclination of the table and movement of the pallet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
