Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging method for a molded body which prevents as much as possible deformation of the thin part of the molded body at the time of discharging the molded body having a thin flange from a mold after molding process. SOLUTION: In the forging mold which discharges the molded body with air blowout pressure and a lockout pin, positions where the air blowout pressure works on the molded body and a position where lockout pin works are different, and the air blowout pressure is allowed to work on the position where the thin part of the molded body is located. The air blowout pressure is so controlled as to be balanced with the dead weight of the molded body right after the release of the molded body from the mold. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
