Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing method and a processor applying FFT-type numerical value inverse Laplace transform, capable of improving the error. SOLUTION: The inverse Laplace transform of F(s)/siis performed for that of F(s) when the signal F(s) of a complex frequency domain is transformed to a signal f(t) of a time domain by FFT-type numerical value inverse Laplace transform, and then differentiation of i-stage is performed. The significant error can not be found in at least t<;1.89T (in case of i=1), as a preferred example, in t<;1.99T (in case of i=4), though with respect to the conventional technology, the significant error is found in the time domain of t<;T in the desired time domain 0<;T<;2T, with respect to a step function.
