PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for calculating maintenance charge of an elevator capable of planning maintenance work of the elevator, calculating a maintenance charge, and noticing a risk for a customer accompanied with a failure of the elevator when maintenance charge is designated. SOLUTION: An elevator maintenance center 1 is provided with a loss amount calculation means 13 calculating loss amount for the customer when elevators 11a, 11b stop due to a failure, a maintenance charge calculating means 15 calculating a maintenance charge based on a maintenance work plan, a maintenance work establishing means 22 establishing a maintenance work plan according to loss amount for the customer, a failure occurrence simulation means 23 estimating a failure occurrence based on contents of the maintenance work plan, and a maintenance cost simulation means 24 estimating total maintenance cost based on numbers of estimated failure occurrences.
