Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image detector capable of reducing the effect of dynamic magnetic field which becomes one reason of noise on an image, without inviting any deterioration of an image contrast due to a magnetic shielding member. SOLUTION: The image detector is provided with a photoelectric conversion element for effecting the photoelectric conversion of an incident light, a plurality of image elements constituted of transistors for transferring an electric charge accumulated in the photoelectric conversion elements, signal lines for obtaining image informations from a plurality of image elements, and gate lines for providing the transistors with a gate voltage. The magnetic shielding member is arranged on protective films for the signal lines. In this case, the magnetic shielding member is arranged on the protective film of the gate line. Further, the magnetic shielding member is arranged on the protective film of the transistors. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
