The usage by a specified user is reserved, concerning the institution terminal which is reserved by the service enterprise in response to a service reservation request from the service enterprise terminal 2 after reserving the institution. Thus, providing the media communication service is started, which is previously reserved in the institution terminal 3 from a media communication system 6 in accordance with a service request from the institution terminal 3.
