Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film which is excellent in contents preserving properties as a packaging material possible to be subjected to heating treatment by a retort, etc., and transparent to improve a commercial value. SOLUTION: The multi-layer film is composed of an outside layer, an intermediate layer, and a sealing layer. The outside layer is made of a resin at least 20 g/m224 hr/0.1 mm in moisture permeability (JIS Z0208, condition B), the intermediate layer is made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and the sealing layer is made of an olfin resin. Preferably, the outer layer is made of a polyamide resin, and the sealing layer is made of a polypropylene resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
