PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a photocatalyst film with a photocatalyst layer which can stably and strongly provide a photocatalyst on the surface of a base material for a long time regardless of kind of the base material and a molded article thereof. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst film has the photocatalyst layer characterized by forming an inorganic protective layer and the photocatalyst layer on a transparent base material film in this order and photocatalyst particles in the photocatalyst layer being dispersed and fixed on the surface of the inorganic protective layer.
