Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform deburring on a welded part of bar materials producing excessive material as the burr on the outer periphery of the welded part at a time by using welding electrodes provided with tapered conical shape at the end part, holding the bar materials with the welding electrodes at the position leaving in a constant distance from the end part of the bar material and pushing the welding electrodes to mutually approaching direction to butt-weld the bar materials. SOLUTION: A deburring device is provided with a two-divided burr-receiving member 21 freely fitted to the bar materials 2 and a two-divided holding device 11 firmly holding the bar material 2, then, the burr 5 is collided with the burr- receiving member 21 and removed with shearing by moving the holding device 11 at high speed to the bar axial direction 14.
