Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and safely constructing a waste disposal plant having a water leak preventing function of leached water and easy to perform ex post facto control with respect to the damage to a water barrier layer. SOLUTION: First, a form 30 is arranged in opposed relation to the whole surface of a recessed surface 10 so as to leave a predetermined interval with respect to the recessed surface 10. A sheet 20 is fixed to the surface on the side opposed to the recessed surface 10 of the form 30. The surface on the contact side with the form 30 of the sheet 20 is made uneven so as to facilitate the adhesion of a resin material 50. Next, concrete is cast in the space between the recesses surface 10 and the sheet 20 and cured, and the form 30 is removed. Next, the resin material 50 is sprinkled over the whole surface of the sheet 20 and cured to obtain the water barrier layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
