Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically measure a displacement magnitude as a dislocation of a primary lid and a secondary lid relative to a container body upon a cask drop. SOLUTION: A cask, which comprises a body shell for storing nuclear fuel, and an annularly formed metallic gasket 11 used as a seal material for sealing the body shell and held between a flange surface of the body shell and a flange surface of a top lid on the body shell, comprises a strain gauge 21z set on the metallic gasket 11 to measure a strain magnitude of the metallic gasket 11 in a perpendicular direction Z perpendicular to both flange surfaces, a strain gauge 21x set on the metallic gasket 11 to measure a strain magnitude of the metallic gasket 11 in a circular direction X of the metallic gasket 11, a strain gauge 21y set on the metallic gasket 11 to measure a strain magnitude of the metallic gasket 11 in an arbitrary direction Y composite of the perpendicular direction Z and the circular direction X, and a dynamic displacement magnitude computing part 22 for computing a dynamic displacement magnitude of the top lid relative to the body shell according to each strain magnitude measured by each strain gauge 21x to 21z and measurement time.
