Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly install not only an observation station for periodical observation but also an observation station for extraordinary observation, and to allow the inexpensive and space-saving installation therefor, so as to enhance versatility as in area-concentrated observation and the like. SOLUTION: A radio observation communication system and a battery are built in a casing 10, a solar cell 12 for supplying an electric power source to the battery is provided in a sloped face 10a of the casing 10, a rain gauge 13 for outputting a counted value to the radio observation communication system is erected from an upper face 10b of the casing 10, and an antenna 14 is upright from the upper face 10b of the casing 10.
