Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote cleaning treatment of a hydrosphere and to curtail a cleaning cost since there is no need for power plant. SOLUTION: A fixing tool 14 is formed by hanging vertical rods 24 fixed with a plurality of horizontal rods 22 in a cruciform shape from supporting rods 20 spanned between air bladders 18 floated on the surface 16 of water to be cleaned and spherical gels 12 are fixed to the tip ends of the horizontal rods 22. The gels 12 themselves are thus fixed to the horizontal rods 22 but the cleaning apparatus 10 for the hydrosphere itself is floated and moved within the water area by the air bladders 18 of the fixing tool 14, by which the water of the wide water area like the ocean, lake water or river can be efficiently cleaned.
