Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating water and pressure air at the time of drainage from a hydraulic machine. SOLUTION: Air pressure is applied to a water tank to increase water pressure and water pressure is still more increased in the hydraulic machine. An equilibrium lever is strongly pushed to apply rotatory power to a crank. At this time, in order to prevent pressure air from remaining in the hydraulic machine, air is allowed to escape to the outside from a valve provided to the outlet of the hydraulic machine by a filter, and water is returned to the water tank.
