Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip capable of easily realizing modularization of a microchip constituting a micro chemical system and improving versatility of the microchip. SOLUTION: A substrate 104 has on the periphery thereof 2-by-4 equally- spaced pipe-like protrusions 103, each of which has a through-hole in the center thereof. The protrusions 103 on the four corners are arranged on the positions corresponding to branch ends of a slit 101. A substrate 106 has holes 105 each of which has the same outer diameter as that of the pipe-like protrusion 103 on the positions corresponding to the pipe-like protrusions 103. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
