Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively construct a cogeneration system having high cost performance by performing simulation. SOLUTION: A monitoring controller 22 for monitoring and controlling a generator 10, a first to a third control units 24 to 28 for monitoring and controlling a primary side device for air conditioning and supply of hot water, and a central management device 30 for managing them comprehensively are mutually connected through a network. Before installing a heat pump chiller 14, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 12, a heat storage tank 16, and a hot water storage tank 18 as primary side equipments for air conditioning and supply of hot water, simulators 52 to 58 for simulating them are connected with the first to the third dispersed control units 24 to 28 to perform simulation by the network.
