PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric spacer which enables a fastened body to be stably fixed on the prescribed position by employing two spacer elements only, irrespective of a position of a bolt provided to the base. SOLUTION: In order to fix the fastened body 3 in the prescribed position on a base 1 in which a bolt 2 is planted through the spacer inserted through a fastening circular through hole 4 in which a fastened body 3 is loosely fitted, the eccentric spacer has a circular shape whose dimension made by adding the radius r1of the bolt 2 to the radius r2of the fastening circular through hole 4 is taken as a diameter (r2+r1). The spacer is configured by combining the first spacer element 5A having a circular section shape in which the circular cross-sectional area of the bolt 2 is eliminated so as to be inscribed with the outer peripheral surface of the shape, and the second spacer element 5B having a circular section shape in which the circular cross-sectional area whose diameter is (r2+r1) is eliminated so as to inscribe the outer peripheral surface while circumscribing the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 4.
