Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oilless scroll compressor, in which a non-contact sealing mechanism is provided in at least either one mating surface of a stationary scroll and a revolving scroll to prolong the machine life without degrading the sealing capacity of a compressed gas. SOLUTION: In the oilless scroll compressor 1, the stationary scroll 10 and the revolving scroll 11 are mated to each other, and a plurality of compressed openings are formed between blades by meshing of both scrolls 10 and 11. A nearly flat mating surfaces 100 are formed to face each other in the radially outside parts in the parts where blades of both scrolls 10, 11 are erected. A pressure introducing part for introducing a sealing gas SG is provided on the scroll-mating surface 100 of at least one side. The compressed gas FG is restrained from flowing through the mating surface 100 from the compressed opening to the outside in the radial direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
