Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorber for easing and preventing a noise occurring without leading seal water of plumbing system equipment into by siphonage occurring in a riser in draining from the plumbing system equipment and by involving an air in completion of draining and a force conveying device system for easing and preventing the noise entrapping the air in the completion of draining when a conveying device is used. SOLUTION: In the sound absorber comprised of a sound absorber body container equipped with a sound absorbent vent hole capable of being ventilated, a sound absorber inlet in which water discharged from the plumbing system equipment flows and a sound absorber outlet connected to the riser, the sound absorber is characteristically provided so that the sound absorber outlet can be provided at a high position in the vertical direction of the sound absorber body container in comparison with the sound absorber inlet.
