Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a subject who receives a falling-down prevention instruction in receiving an instruction and to solve the problem that a subject having a disadvantageous geographical condition is constrained of an instruction opportunity. SOLUTION: A subject device is provided with a walking measuring part for measuring walking movement of the subject and outputting the measured walking movement as walking data, a voice input-output part 130 and a communicating part 140. The communicating part 140 transmits the walking data measured by the walking measuring part to an instructor device through a network. Meanwhile, the instructor device is provided with a walking analyzing part, a displaying part, a voice input-output part 10 and a communicating part 350. When the communicating part 350 receives the walking data from the subject device through the network, the communicating part 350 makes the walking analyzing part analyze walking, displays the analysis results on the displaying part, and makes conversation performed between the instructor who makes instructions while watching the display and the subject who receives advice from the instructor through the network and the input-output devices 130 and 310.
