Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the furnace building work by laying precast blocks in a floor part and a side wall part of a secondary scouring container, and to improve the useful life by reducing a local melting damage at a part provided with the precast blocks. SOLUTION: In this lining fire resistant material structure for a high useful secondary refining container, the floor part and the side wall part are formed of single or a plurality of precast blocks manufactured under the previously managed moisture condition and the vibration condition, and in a part remarkably damaged by melting, the precast block having a long useful life is laid without providing a joint part, or the precast block material having a different useful life are laid in response to a remarkably damaged part and a not-so- damaged part of the floor part and the side wall part. When repairing the lining fire resistant material, the repairing work is easily done by exchanging only the considerably damaged block among the precast blocks. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
