Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam washing device where a washing tank can be effectively utilized by using multi-stage trays and an object to be washed is not contaminated again. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the steam washing device provided with the washing tank which can be airtightly held and a plurality of trays 21 mounted in multi-stage inside the washing tank where the objects to be washed X are placed on the trays 21 and a steam washing is performed, characterized in that the trays 21 are so constituted that a condensed solvent at the time of steam washing can be dripped downwardly, and a slanted plate 220 is provided between the respective trays 21 located upwardly and downwardly so as not to allow the condensed solvent to drip from each tray 21 to the tray 21 located downwardly relative to each corresponding tray located upwardly.
