PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely accumulate transporting objects (paper kinds such as mail) stored in a transporting box into an accumulation box smaller than the transporting box in a transporting mechanism of a divider for large-sized thin objects. SOLUTION: The transporting box 2 storing and transporting the paper kinds 1 to which division information is supplied is attached to a free chain 4 supported by a twisted rail 3 and driven at all times, and when approaching the twisted part of the rail 3, the free chain 4 is also twisted according to the rail 3. The transporting box 2 attached to the free chain 4 is also tilted in the direction of an arrow E simultaneously and the paper kinds 1 reach the end face on the lowered side of the transporting box 2 and are positioned by inertia and gravity. Since the rail 3 gently returns to a horizontal state immediately before the accumulation box, the paper kinds 1 inside the transporting box 2 reach the upper part of the prescribed accumulation box based on the division information while being kept in a positioned state and are surely accumulated without errors.
