Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking method, a heating cooking vessel and a heating cooking device in which fish or meat can be easily roasted by using an electric heater. SOLUTION: The heating cooking device is equipped with an upper heater 20 provided on the upside in a cabinet, a lower heater 21 provided on the downside in the cabinet, a vessel supporting part 22 for the heating cooking vessel provided between the upper heater 20 and the lower heater 21, and a heating cooking vessel 25 which is made of transparent heat resistant glass placed on the vessel supporting part 22 and stores food as an object of heating cooking and by electrifying the upper heater 20 and the lower heater 21, the food in the heating cooking container can be cooked by heating with radiation heat from the upside and the downside. Preferably, the heating cooking vessel 25 is composed of a main body 26 of the vessel and a lid 27, an opening 27a is formed on the lid 27, and a catalyst 28 for deodorization is provided in the opening 27a.
