Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module which has a gas-permeable membrane having large surface area regardless of its compact size and with which a liquid can be efficiently deaerated and a gas can be dissolved in the liquid. SOLUTION: A bobbin consisting of a shaft part and baffle plates and a bundled hollow fiber-like gas-permeable membrane are housed in a jacket of this module. A notch and/or through-hole are formed on each of the baffle plates so that the bundled hollow fiber-like gas-permeable membrane and/or the liquid can be made to pass through the formed notch and/or through-hole. The notches and/or through-holes of the adjacent baffle plates are formed in the positions almost symmetric with respect to the shaft part, respectively.
