Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce noise by enabling low noise-mode deformation of an existing stationary induction apparatus in a reduced deformation period at a low cost, by realizing a structure preparing for future low noise mode, in advance. SOLUTION: By providing support structures 18, 17 supporting a soundproof building 9 to a tank 1 and to a foundation 16, taking into consideration future low noise-mode modification, when the soundproof building 9 is provided to an existing transformer, the soundproof building 9 can be installed directly to the support structure 17, and building period can be reduced, by a corresponding amount since existing foundation is not deformed and a support structure is not newly provided.
