Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise outlet path plate for an automatic vending machine capable of stably holding merchandise together with an upper pedal by appropriately controlling the posture of the merchandise and of preventing merchandise jamming and the ejection of many pieces of merchandise. SOLUTION: A projecting part 6 disposed opposite to a merchandise ejecting device 2 disposed at the lower end part of a merchandise path 1 of a merchandise housing rack, forming one inner wall of the merchandise path 1 and formed projectingly toward the upper pedal 3 is provided. On a top face reaching the top part of the projecting part 6 are provided a merchandise posture control surface 6a that slides the merchandise G toward the upper pedal 3 just before holding the merchandise G with the upper pedal 3 and controls its posture so that the merchandise G may be stably held by the upper pedal 3, and a merchandise holding surface 6b that holds a portion of the merchandise G when the merchandise G which has slid through on the merchandise posture control surface 6a is held by the upper pedal 3.
