Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education and maintenance service providing method and program for electronic devices, capable of efficiently providing education and maintenance service for the electronic devices. SOLUTION: A management computer 21 receives an applicant for contract for education and maintenance service transmitted from a customer terminal 31, and selects a person in charge to be assigned according to the requirements about an education program and type of a device, and a fixed schedule on a desired day of the week and time. The management computer 21 displays work for new application on a schedule table and a map showing the position of the customer, and receives selection of the person in charge. The management computer 21 determines the schedule of each person in charge for each work day, receives a reservation change request, and updates the schedule of each person in charge for each work day by again assigning the person in charge.
