Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a forklift with enhanced cooling performance by utilizing intake of traveling wind. SOLUTION: A side outer panel 3 and a side inner panel 4 extend higher than a rear side panel member 12. Between the extending parts, an extending panel member 14 is provided in a manner that a longitudinal panel 12d of a tank upper member 12 extends upward. The extending panel member 14 is provided with an intake port 14a of traveling wind.
