Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna capable of settling impedance mismatching that follows miniaturization of an antenna line conductor or the like, with no design change on antenna side or addition of a special matching circuit. SOLUTION: There are provided a micro strip line type antenna transmission line comprising a substrate-side line conductor 10 formed on a first main surface MP of a dielectric substrate 42 and a ground conductor layer 11 formed on a second main surface MP', and an antenna line conductor 3 whose one end is coupled to the end of the substrate side line conductor 10 while the other end is opened. The ground conductor layer 11, in the antenna transmission line, is so formed as to cover only a partial region of the second main surface MP' of the dielectric substrate 42, and the region on the first main surface MP side of the ground conductor layer 11 corresponding to a non-formation region 12' is assured as an antenna mounting space 12. The substrate-side line conductor 10 is so disposed that the end part extends from a border BL between the formation region and the non-formation region 12' of the ground conductor 11 to the non-formation region 12' side, with the antenna line conductor 3 connected to the end of an extension part 10e.
