PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image creation system capable of acquiring original image data including a face area equivalent to a human face and outputting an image of the shape and size, etc., of which are determined according to intended use such as a certificate picture by automatically and properly segmenting it. SOLUTION: The above purpose is achieved by providing an acquisition means for acquiring image data of an original image including the face area equivalent to the human face, an image processing means for setting a trimming area to the original image so that the face area is placed at a prescribed position with prescribed size ratio based on the image data of the original image and for simultaneously processing the image data in the trimming area into processed image data, a display means for displaying an image by at least one of the image data of the original image and the processed image data, an image output means for outputting an image with prescribed size by using the processed image data and an input means for inputting the prescribed size ratio and the prescribed size.
