Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate belt-like light having a linear light spot whose light intensity distribution is made uniform by a small-sized optical system without using a lens system to widen light. SOLUTION: A linear Fresnel lens (4) in which the light emitting end (3out) of a bundle fiber (3) to guide irradiating light is formed into a linear shape and by which the linear light spot is formed by condensing diffused light emitted from the light emitting end (3out) is positionally adjusted back and forth along the emitting optical axis (FX) of the bundle fiber (3).
