Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool balance adjusting method enabling to remarkably reduce an adjusting time in balance adjustment for a workpiece. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional workpiece model 1 and a floating tool model 2 are prepared, they are combined on a CAD to calculate gravity center coordinates and an inclination angle θ, it is determined whether the inclination angle is within a prescribed allowance range or not, a balancer 5 added to the tool is increased or decreased to bring the inclination angle within the prescribed allowance range, when it exists in an outside of the prescribed allowance range, and the balance adjustment for the tool is automatically processed on the CAD by a computer.
