Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier chain indicator of a planar body comprising one luminous material or a luminescent material which can be rigidly fixed and attached to ring bodies of barrier chains with different sizes. SOLUTION: The planar body 10 is formed with opened fixing parts 11 and 12 in both ends, it comprises the luminous or luminescent material, and it is provided with flexibility. A fixing member 13 formed with an engagement uneven part 13a for locking is integrally attached to one end part of the planar body 10, and a fitting part 14 fitting with the fixing member 136 is formed in another end.
