Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a means for safely and cleanly burning waste oil having various components having no guarantee of component composition, and to provide a technology capable of being safely operated by any one as a device. SOLUTION: Waste oil sump is reduced by providing the bottom of a combustion chamber with a semielliptic recessed shape or a pan-like recessed shape, a combustion surface is increased by diffusing the waste oil to the periphery of the bottom plate like thin film, and an amount of the waste oil possessed in the combustion chamber is minimized, thereby minimizing the time of an unstable combustion state during ignition or extinguish. A method of forcible ventilation is designed so as to uniformly mix gas of the waste oil gasified in the combustion chamber and the air for combustion. Assuming that unburned components that are not completely burned in the combustion chamber are contained in the exhaust gas, an exhaust treating device requiring no power is disposed in a gas duct to ensure the safety.
