PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow rapid and safe clamping of a clamped member. SOLUTION: A clamp device 1 comprises a first lever 3 and a lever support member 2 that are rotatably interconnected via a first spindle 6 for grappling the clamped member 11, a second lever 4 that is rotatably connected to a free end side of the first lever 3 via a second spindle 7 at its base end and can separate from or contact with the first lever 3, a third lever 5 that is rotatably connected to the midway of the second lever 4 via a third spindle 8 and has a hook part 9 for hooking on the lever support member 2, and a hooked part 10 disposed in the lever support member 2 so as to adjust a hooking position of the hook part 9. The second lever 4 is contacted with the first lever 3 in a hooking state of the hook part 9 on the hooked part 10, thereby performing the clamping of the clamped member 11. The second lever 4 is separated from the first lever 3, thereby releasing the clamping.
