Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file transmitting device with a plurality of routes capable of realizing high transmission throughput that can not be obtained in a one single route by using the plurality of routes at the same time. SOLUTION: This file transmitting device with a plurality of routes consists of a transmitter 50 for transmitting data such as a video file, a receiver 51 for receiving the data from the transmitter 50, and a plurality of transmission routes W1 and WN provided between the transmitter and the receiver and performs data transmission by utilizing the plurality of transmission routes W1 to WN at the same time and also using a plurality of connections. The connections are dynamically allocated to the transmission routes by measuring the throughput of each of the transmission routes and allocating the connections according to the measured throughput.
