PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a device and a method for informing abnormality capable of performing dissolving operations of the abnormality of a job execution device in which the abnormality such as an error and a trouble are occurred surely at an early stage regarding the job execution device. SOLUTION: The abnormality occurred in an image forming apparatus 1 when job execution is detected by a detection means 11, attributes of a job transmitting origin at occurrence of the abnormality are discriminated by a discrimination means 12 and an informing destination of abnormality occurrence information is determined by an informing destination determination means 16 according to a discrimination result of the attributes. Thus, when the abnormality is occurred in the image forming apparatus 1 during the job execution, prompt dissolution of the abnormality is expected by informing, for example, a person near the image forming apparatus 1 of the abnormality occurrence information even at a state that execution of an abnormality dissolving operation by a user at the job transmitting origin is impossible.
