Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite box girder and a construction method therefor capable of reducing its weight by the shrinkage of a girder cross section, precasting each member constituting the box girder easily, and having excellent construction property and economical property. SOLUTION: Upper and lower precast floor system blocks 1, 2 are mutually connected in the axial direction of the box girder and are connected by a compression oblique member 3 and a tensile oblique member 4 crossing like X character when viewed in elevation. As the tensile oblique member 4, such oblique member that has a small cross section and high tensile strength such as a PC capable, a PC steel member, etc., is used to resist to a tensile force only substantially. Preferably, the compression oblique member 3 and the tensile oblique member 4 are precast members to constitute a light composite girder structure having a small cross section, holding required strength as the box girder, and being free from a shearing force in the oblique members by connecting the upper and lower floor system blocks 1, 2 by a pin. |
