Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an impact-resistant resin composition having excellent impact characteristics while maintaining dielectric characteristics such as relative permittivity or dielectric dissipation factor and useful as a molding material for high-frequency equipments, especially an antenna for portable equipments, or the like. SOLUTION: This impact-resistant resin composition is obtained by finely dispersing an inorganic filler and an elastomer member in a matrix resin. The size of the finely dispersed elastomer member is preferably <=3 μm. A material suitable as the finely dispersed elastomer member is a styrene elastomer, an olefinic elastomer, a vinyl chloride elastomer, a urethane elastomer, a polyester elastomer, a polyamide elastomer, a rubberlike polymer, or the like. The amount of the elastomer member to be filled is >=5 and <=40 pts.wt. based on the total weight. The finely dispersed inorganic filler is preferably a fibrous metal titanate.
