SOLUTION: The marine product is stored by making a state in which the marine product S placed on an electrode 7 used combinedly as a carrying platform in a storage installation is contacted with or approached by an anion- generating electrode 5 to apply an anion-generating voltage thereto from an anion-generating voltage-applying device 9, and pouring the anion to the marine product S from the anion-generating electrode 5.
