Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the reduction of energy charges without exerting burdens on general users. SOLUTION: A battery capsule charging plant 3 charges battery capsules with low cost power (a midnight power) supplied by a power utility 1 or power generated by low cost energy such as solar energy 2, etc. A rental trader 4 lends the battery capsule and a battery capsule utilizing device to a general power consumer 5 having a contract. The battery capsule utilizing device converts DC power outputted by the battery capsule into AC power which is equivalent to AC power supplied by the power utility and used by the general power consumer 5. Further, the battery capsule utilizing device recognizes beforehand that the battery approaches a spent condition and issues an alarm to the rental trader 4. The general power consumer 5 having signed the rental contract supplies power by himself from the battery capsule utilizing device at least during a time zone which is other than the midnight time. |
