PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement information providing method by which proper advertisement information corresponding to a place where an advertisement is presented can be obtained. SOLUTION: The advertisement information providing method which displays an access key including a place identification symbol characteristic of the place where the advertisement is presented in the advertisement and provides the advertisement information according to the access key has a process of accepting user's access to a server having the address represented in the advertisement, a process of obtaining the access key of the advertisement from the user, a process of extracting an advertisement identification symbol of the advertisement and the place identification symbol showing the presentation place of the advertisement from the access key, a process of specifying the presentation place of the advertisement by searching a position information database according to the place identification symbol, a process of obtaining store information by searching an advertisement database according to the advertisement identification symbol and presentation place, and a process of returning the obtained store information to the user having accessed the server.
