Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knitted fabric which has the dry, silky and refreshing touch of acetate filament yarns and has the excellent swollen touch and stretchability of polyester multi-filament yarns having a large untwisting torque. SOLUTION: This composite yarn fabric using composite yarns as warps and/or wefts and having a fabric extension factor of >=10% and an extension recovery factor of >=90%. The composite yarns are obtained by doubling polyester multi-filament yarns satisfying the following (1) to (5) with acetate multi- filament yarns in an acetate multi-filament yarn mixing rate of 50 to 80% and in a twisting coefficient of 10,000 to 19,000. (1) 30 <= total fineness <= 84. (2) Single filament fineness <= 3 dtex. (3) 120 <= revolution number (after a boiling water treatment) <= 190. (4) 50 <= revolution number (after a boiling water treatment) - revolution number (before the boiling water treatment). (5) Crimp rate (%) <= 20.
