Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of the main unit of an image forming device and make the compact device accommodate diversifying purposes by combining functions to accommodate a recording paper delivery function and a duplex function as a unit. SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 consists of a pick-up mechanism from a pick-up tray and a fixing unit as well as a processing unit as standard equipment, and a paper delivery unit 20 and a duplex unit 50 are mounted as individual unit to a delivery assembly, and they conduct a paper delivery processing by using a driving source of the main unit. A control unit incorporated in the device main unit controls the operation of the duplex unit so as to simplify the constitution of the unit and accommodate the operation of the recording paper processing by the image forming equipment by composing a paper delivery unit with optional features.
